Hello, please excuse my non-native english. Ive been playing MB first with voice commander for 6 months and keyclone for the last 3 months. It works perfectly. Ive tried about 20 alts, many group compositions, suffering from altisis and reading those forums every other day, preferably at the office.

1) I tried the pally+4 shamans up to 30 but have an issue with the levelling. Levelling only in instance is quite slow and somehow, I feel cut from the outside world. On the other end, questing outside with 5 guys attract too much attention for me and the collecting quests are a killer. I have 2 pcs. One with the main on full windows + 2 background alts, second PC with 2 windowed alts. Actually whats killing me is the alt tab on the first PC but I notice that if I play 3 alts and have no alt-tab, then I dont mind any quests.

So, I decided for a new group : feral druid (lvl 56) + pala healer (lvl 56) + 3 mages (lvl 40) : they can meet all together for instances and I split them in 2 groups for outside questing : druid and pala on one hand, the 3 mages on the other hand. Did any one else try this "alltogether for instance and 2 groups for questing" approach ?

2) the combos druid + paladin : I opted for feral and healer as there is no downtime : the pala judges bene of light and the feral cat gets a lot of heal. So far at lvl 56, very quick and strong duo. Did anyone try othe combos like (pala protect and boomkin) or (retrib and treekin) ?

3) for the mages : one is frost with 13 points in arcane for the improved iae. The other 2 mages are fire with 21 points in arcane for improved iae and pom (combo pyro-pom-pyro if needed for pvp). I also use the pala as a healer (background of the main on the first PC) outside the team (healing or supporting, not questing). Apart from the aura and the bubble, almost all fonctions of the pala can be used even outside the team. Would you think that 3 fire mages would be better ? any suggestion on the talents ?

4) when all alts are 70, the druid will become a healer and the pala a tankadin. But for sometime, Ill keep the druid as feral. So, I have an issue. If I use the focus method for sheeping on my mages, then when my druid is tanking, mages cast on the druid's target which can change when druid has to swap target for getting the aggro.

So far, after reading some threads, I was thinking about using the target method for sheeping (each mage acquires target thru the main and whats targeted will be sheeped and kept sheeped) and then the druid defines the focus which will remain the focus of all mages until it is dead. Only issue is that I have to press one key each time the druid defines a new focus but I dont see any better method. Will sure be better with a tankadin. Any other suggestion ?

Hope my message is not too long. Cheers.

I haven't thought this through, but I want to try to help. I LOVE focus. What if you focus your main. Have your alts get a target if they don't have one (and never change it), and just assist the focus.

So on mages:
/target [target=target, noexists] focus-target (I want it to only target focus-target if it doesn't have one, but do nothing if you already have a target)
(now they have the mob they will sheep)
/cast [target=focus-target] SpellofMagic (they still have sheep mob targeted, but they cast on focus' target)

That might let you target a mob for CC and still DPS. (if it works)

It works with a tankadin but not really with a druid or a warrior as you sometimes need to change target to keep aggro. If you focus the main and assist him, then the mages will change target when the main is. Thats why I would rather focus the main's target until it is dead and then change focus.
