Wow, crap like this really pisses me off.
Surprisingly, people actually fall for this sort of scam all the time.
Just a reminder, a Blizzard employee will NEVER ask for you account PASSWORD!
> We ask that during the verification process you please change the registered email on your account to:
Nice touch!
> CD-key, alternatively a photograph
Any particular photo... go wild when you respond :)
> Server of your primary character
'cos, like, Blizzard wouldn't know where your chars are!

I can say my wife would fall for this. She opens up emails all the time that say "YOUR ACCOUNT AT BANK OF AMERICA HAS BEEN CANCELED". Even though she has no accounts there she opens it. I yell at her (i know yelling is not good but this is after the 50th time she has done it). And she is like i just wanted to see what it was (same person that always gets viruses on her computer). So now what she does is checks her email when i am not home.
Something I just want to point out on these e-mails. They are telling you that they will cancel your account, but yet ask you for your account information. BLIZZARD WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT YOU IF THEY DIDN'T ALREADY HAVE THAT INFORMATION!!! That and Blizzard stating a bajillion times that they would never ask for your account info.
