Im looking for spec's currently have main set up as my shaman (enhancement) not sure what to do with the druid.
Open to all suggestions. And i would spec shaman elemental if need be. Not sure which is best for me. Note.. this is just for leveling up to 70 fastest. Both characters are at 32.

Enhance/Feral
Enhance/Boomkin
Enhance/Resto
Elemental/Resto
Elemental/Boomkin

Thanks,
Derek

as always, melee is going to be a lot harder to multibox just because of the whole you can't follow and melee with all, doesn't get close enough.. so range is your friend.

Feral Druid + 2 Ele shamans
Balance Druid +2 Ele Shamans

would both work out best imo, or make 1 shaman resto.
W/ the feral druid you have a great tank that also does sufficient dps as cat or bear while tanking/dpsing. With the balance, it gives you a good extra crit that will help dps w/ the shamans a lot and can also act as a tank because of the moonkin armor enhance.

Those would be my 2 picks, up to you on the final.

I haven't played that combination but I would suggest as a general rule to go 2 x DPS for leveling. Even more so if you're just quest grinding. You will be able to off heal just fine.

IMO, the best would be to go 1 melee and 1 caster dps. So

Enhance/Boomkin
or
Elemental/Feral

The auto-follow mecanics would play nice with that setup. For Enhance/Boomkin, you would just open up with frost shock, auto attack with shaman and nuke with boomkin. Again, I have zero actual experience with this so take it for what it's worth.

Hmmm. Thank's for the quick reply's. I think i will end up trying a bunch of different setups. I just don't know how efficient the boomkin dps would be.

And that's what it's really all about anyway, right? Tinkering and trying things out? Good luck and let us know what you discover :D

I have descovered that setting up all these macro's is confusing and time consuming. :D hopefully i get it all figured out nicely!

With 2 utlility characters, you have the freedom to try em all yourself. I'd just go 2 dps at first, maybe feral on druid and use it as main, and elemantal on shammy, as slave. But once you really get into it, you will figure out how you want to do it. Also, for grouping, if you can tank and heal, you can very easily find DPS to fill in slots for instance runs. Early on spec/gear doesn't make enough of a difference to mean anything, so just go bear on druid and heal when needed on the shammy.

The plethora of options is also plaguing me. My initial idea for a 5 box team is pretty useless while leveling, as my druid does crappy DPS compared to my priest/mage. I should probably try to use him in cat form until his spells are up to par. I wanted him to be a boomkin, for the aura and non-squishyness, but you can't level a boomkin lol.

im thinking i may try feral(main) and shaman as my slave.. since he pretty much just autoattack's with some totem drop's. Then once i get to like 45ish or so may switch both. elemental and BOOOMKIN. providing the enhancement and ferel don't work out.

2xRanged DPS will be easiest to learn on, in my opinion. Go Elemental/Boomkin.

I suppose i could. Just figure 2melee not worrying about mana too often would be faster. Where as the casters, i would be drinkin every couple of battles.

for normal questing, if you have casters you won't really even have to worry about drinking, you will kill things too fast. Plus you can switch to melee and just dps that way while you wait for mana if you need too.

I would go with elemental and balance, it will just make your life easier.
