I can't believe this just happened!
I got added to msn (the one on my dual-boxing profile is a public email that is not linked to any wow accounts or anything)

I got added by ipssuppliers5@hotmail.com
and this is how the conversations went:

Hello ?
ipssuppliers5@hotmail.com
hello
how are you
i'm alice from the IPS company
do you play the wow with a 70 char
At this point I knew it was going to be either wow services or gold selling etc but I thought I would entertain this person in case it was something legit

Me
Yes I do.
ipssuppliers5@hotmail.com
cool
what class?
Me
Paladin & 4 Shaman
ipssuppliers5@hotmail.com
oh,they are in the same acc ?
do you play it every day?
at this point I knew 100% this was wrong and started to get angry and waited for the punch line...

Me
I have multiple accounts....
ipssuppliers5@hotmail.com
oh
we have serviced for all wow players
we rent the wow acc with a 70 char ,we will pay 1000g or 20$ for you per week
At this point I was very angry (and at work) I refrained from any further action apart from my ending statement followed by a block and delete:

Me
Urm, what your offering is against the EULA, ToS & ToU. You have a nerve asking me. go away I just cant believe this happened ! :S

if you get this add you don't accept him.

Been getting the exact same one, just lolled at them and blocked on the first response, but considering the only site I access on my brand new laptop is this and wow europe, I have a horrible feeling they are grabbing our Msn's from here.

At one point, I thought a good business idea would be to sell grammar checking services geared to people that send out SPAM and advertisements. I figured at the very least, I'd be doing the world a service; we wouldn't have to suffer delving meaning from their gibberish.

Then I realized they would probably give me a bum credit card number and scrapped it.

That's golden. But all jokes aside, it is far more likely that they will simply change your password and never give it back. Of course, you can easily get the account closed on them, but that will be LONG after you've been stripped clean. Like anyone is going to believe that they're 'renting' your character.

Why did that make you mad? For real.
