PvP Badge Gear in S4

Now that we know season four starts in about 2 weeks 8o , I'd like to optimize my purchases.

My question has to do with the PvP gear that is sold for Badges of Justice by an NPC on the 2nd floor of the SSO armory. Currently he sells Veteran's Boots and Belts for 40 badges and Veteran's Bracers for 25 badges. Veteran's gear is one season back from the Vindicator gear sold currently for honor and marks.

When season four starts, Guardian gear will be sold from the honor and marks vendors. So will the SSO badge vendor sell Vindicator gear? Will the badge prices remain constant?

I haven't seen anything official from Blizzard on this. Anyone on the test realm could probably find this out in a minute or two (I don't have any toons set up there).

It should have vindicator gear for badge purchase. I see no reason they would leave veteran gear up there after S4 releases. I plan on getting helm, shoulder, chest, legs S2 and S4 gloves. The S3 ring will be cheaper to buy along with the other S3 non set epics. For instance, I think the S3 boots are 13k instead of 17k once s4 goes live.
My next decision is grinding 150 badges for weapon or just farm 26k honor. It would be faster for me to do the honor. I run tank healer,3 dps so it limits me on my heroics. I am in the process of grinding 2 more shaman so I can nuke through the heroics.

While Season 3 is still going strong, we wanted to announce ahead of time the rating requirements that will be present for arena items once Season 4 begins. We also wanted to give everyone a heads up to some changes that will be in an upcoming patch, altering how points are gained and players are matched in the arena system. The patch with these changes is scheduled to release before the start of Season 4.

First though, the rating requirement changes:

When Season 4 begins, Season 3 items will be reduced in personal and team arena rating requirement to:

Shoulders: 1950
Weapon: 1800

The new Season 4 items will have the below personal and team arena rating requirements:

Shoulders: 2200
Weapon: 2050
Head: 1700
Chest: 1600
Legs: 1550
Gloves: none
Off-hand: none

In addition, some of the Season 4 quality items that will be purchasable with honor will also carry a personal and team arena rating requirement:

Boots: 1700
Ring: 1650
Bracers: 1575
Belt: none
Necklace: none
Trinket: none
