You can change EVERYTHING in your account info including the name of the person who owns the account..

I just purchased a friends account for my son and was able to change all the info to mine...

Im having a blast with it. Its not as polished as Id like, but Im 80 and the guild has a complete T1 city working on T2... so we are doing fairly well.

Everquest let you change the Name and address also. But they kept the original name on file so when you tried to do things like a name change or transfer characters you had to have matching data. Matched to the original account holder. It made account selling possible but you were stuck with the name and server.



Edit: This doesn't apply to EQ2 where they had servers exclusively for trading/selling accounts and items for real $$.
