Get rid of the soundcard unless you really need it for some reason, onboard is good enough now
Get more RAM, no point running Vista64 is you aren't taking advantage of it...though as pointed out in my hardware thread, WoW is only a 32-bit app so will still be limited to a 4Gb max address space. Having 8Gb RAM though will allow you to run vista without a swapfile which helps eliminate drive thrashing, and other apps and OS portions can be allocated to the 4+Gb address space so you will see more available RAM for WoW then if you were only running 4Gb

dont get those. They are ridiculously overpriced. Just get 2 sets of 2x 2gig for a total of 8 gigs. That link must have been older 'cutting edge' memory....

I have to agree with this. You have 4 Ram slots and 8GB capacity. I'd say for cost reduction go with OZC 8BG GOLD 4x2GB ('http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227290') ur looking at $300 saving right there.
otherwise it all looks shweet! :)

GET RID OF VISTA!!!!! Don't use it at all. Go get XP PRO 64 BIT.
Vista is a memory hog.
Ditch the sound card unless you are into sound and have the speakers/setup to back it up.
If you can get a quad core and put the O/S on one cpu and each wow client on the others, use the last for music or nothing and keep it for scaleability in the future.
Upgrade to 8 gigs and use 2 gig sticks each with heat sinks built in.
Get rid of that WD hard drive. WD is the WORST hard drive makers out there. Why do you think every cheaply made computer has one?
Go with Maxtor, their warranty and support are solid along with making a good product is a win win!
