Did Blizzard move to location where our macros are stored? or does Keyclone put them someplace else?
I deleted my WTF folder contents to clean out all the old character junk from the past and was going to copy the folder 3 times for my slaves. I log in and the old macros are still there and I can not fing them in the WoW directory to delete them or copy them to the other wow folders....

Well, found the problem in WoW forums. Seems it is the usual windows vista admin problem again. If you dont run WoW "As Administrator" it will save your macros, settings, ect.. to a "VirtualStore directory" instead of making a new folder inside the WTF folder.
This is why I kept seeing different macros and settings between using wow with keyclone, and running game straight from the wow launcher.
This is Blizzard reply and the link to the forum explaining it.
It sounds like you're running Windows Vista. If so, with the game closed just do the following:
1. Right click on the WoW icon
2. Left click on "Run as administrator"
3. Fully log on to any one of your characters then close the game again completely.
You should notice the folders have been recreated.
Under Windows Vista, User Account Control will prevent applications from writing inside the Program Files folder. They will be created in the VirtualStore directory. To get there, open the World of Warcraft button and click on the "Compatibility Files" button.
All patches after 2.3.0 will download to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Blizzard Entertainment\World of Warcraft unless you started it from WoW.exe. It looks like WoW.exe 2.4.0 will download to the above location.
