I've noticed this problem starting up over the past three days. I have been dual boxing a warrior/shaman on one computer (two monitors, one keyboard/mouse). Originally I was just placing their abilities on different toolbars and shifting through them, but I also tried changing the keybinds on one setup to activate off ctrl-#'s instead of regular numbers.
Since making that change, Keyclone has not been able to effectively run for more than about 2 fights. It doesn't crash or give an error message, it just stops cloning the keystrokes. All keystrokes, not just ctrl-# strokes.
I can restart keyclone and pick my windows to clone keys into and it will work again for about 2 fights before doing the exact same thing, seemingly suspending operations. I have not seen any problem with the program when not using ctrl-# hotkeys. (To clarify, by hotkeys I am not talking about the hotkey strings options in Keyclone, just hotkeys in the WoW interface).
