So me and my friends are always talking crap about my 4th shaman Fourthrock calling him a black sheep because never gets anything right.

1. Fails to complete some quests
2. Fails to hand in Quests
3. Always gets stuck on things.
4. Is behind on some rep.

Things like that. Yes I am in control of him but we like to joke anyways.

You all have a blacksheep in the group?

OMG YES. One of my locks. Doesn't follow when i click the follow button (so loses xp). Always seems to be the one that agros mobs (so loses xp). So far he is the same lvl as the other, but now he is a bar and a half away. Not bad now but hopefully it doesn't get worse.

My second mage I got in my team who is supposed to get deleted (or at least not used any longer to play) at level 70 because he gets exchanged with my level 70 warlock. I suppose he knows somehow! :cursing:

Always somewhere stuck, dont cast even if I smash the button and not drinking which I realize when I want to go on and figure out that everyone has 100% mana except for this mage who is stuck with 32% or something like that. :/

I mostly PvP and whats funny is that over the last 17k kills I've been able to work up to...somehow my MAIN fell behind in honor by like 2-3K.

I am still amazed at how much honor he has lost from dying first. Many times hes the first to go down but 2/3 of the team just keeps mowing people down. 3k honor is a ton of HKs and they all have equal marks. Another thing I've noticed is that in arenas ElektrLk does more damage than any of my other toons. This thread has gotten me thinking that he consistently out damages the other toons and it might have to due with his name and people tab targeting. He must be getting interrupted less because all things being equal (they all have the same gear and talents) he shouldnt consistently out damage my other toons.

Is anyone else seeing things like this?

I do see the dmg difference a lot on my guys. War my lead guy is usually way ahead of the other 3 when running Ramparts or something. I'm thinking just the delay allows him to get an extra bolt off or two each fight. I haven't spent that much time digging into it. My black sheep is Famine, maybe cause of the name, but I'm usually running collection quests on him only just to catch up for lost xp getting caught on something or dieing first.

I have one shaman that gets left out when I run with one of my RL friends. She is now gimped on rep, gear, and badges. I tossed her a few bones by taking her into kara the other day along with my best geared shaman. She was way under on damage meters (#6) compared to my better shaman (#2), but she picked up a few desperately needed badges.

Everytime my third shaman runs into something and gets stuck, and I have to run back and get her, i /slap, then use my follow command. I'm getting a little worried that she is liking it though... because this behavior isn't changing. >)

I run 3 mages in my 5 box trinity team and they are the "morgana sisters". When my wife started playing the game she rolled a rogue and managed to level her character very fast (she plays every day, I play only on the weekends). So sometimes I will sub her in on instance runs to get her geared up, and I always pick the same "sister" to leave out. She was even at one point 2 levels behind her sisters and I had to play her solo to keep up. It's fun though, I have taken pictures of the team's journey and have even started a little side story of the drama the poor sister had to go through being left behind.

It is amazing how much fun and life MB brings to WoW. You really feel that you have a team/family/army at your disposal and each has their own personalities

Aqlimax, poor Aqlimax, always dies. He was the one who was hacked so basically he's in SM getting boosted at 32 with no gear, he just doesnt fit in well ;P.

hehe. this is so true. My 3x mages are not identically geared; when I get something that might be an upgrade, i look at the left monitor first, right monitor second, top monitor third, and upper right monitor last...so that poor mage is the last one to get gear. Thats my rationalization for why she's behind on damage meters and such. hehe. She does seem to suicide into mobs alot though, too. Maybe she's depressed over not getting gear hehe.

One of my shammies is 2 bars behind now, it's like that he's controlled by another player. He never does anything right, I hate him :(

My 5 shaman seem to have worked out a system for who is the black sheep each week. This week it has been Tioluv. He always falls off follow and has the most mana at the end of a fight. He was behind in XP, but I got him back on track with a collection quest.

One of my mages.. either forget to turn in or get a quest... always first to die from critting too much.

My poor druid, Braay has the thankless job of carrying around all the lockboxes I've found while instance grinding so far. It's a tough but someone has to do it. As a result, he's often without any bag space, and is unable to accept new quest items...way too long before I realize it. At least I have a warm heart and give him lots of cloth for the cloth donation quests to compensate for the lost quest XP.

Flaymeshokk tends to not accept shared quests.
Waturrshokk tends to be the retard who keeps getting stuck/lost/left behind/raped by cows in the wilderness. S'what I get for making his name so close to "DURRRRRR" lol

yeah one of my locks is 'retarded'.. always gets lost, keeps walking into things, would get dced randomly.. the client is running from the same folder as the other followers so I blame the pc voodoo.. that and addons.. when I disabled all of his addons he smarted up.. no idea why it was only his problem.. all the other fellows are good.

my fourth(lazzadord) guy forgot to get his hearthstone reset from Exodar to Westfall. So when it was time to peace out of shadowfang keep to westfall he decided to hit up exodar first!!!

So fun to read all of your comments, because i can see so much of what i've experienced myself in em :-)
My third shaman (Joppelolc) is about .. 6-7 bars after my others and thats ONLY because he runs into stuff, doesnt follow when supposed to, doesnt pick up quest items etc etc and most of all.. DIES FIRST even though he is the only in the far back, he's just retarded :D

I've developed multiple personalities after multiboxing for a while.. My first group is three balanced druids. First one is Zuird (main) hes the bad ass... gets all the good loot, has the most money, does the most damage... Turid is my right hand man.. mainly because when I do my formation keys hes on the right.. I can always depend on him! Gurid..... what can I say about him.. the name says enough.. Hes the dumb one.. always facing the wrong way.. always shooting at the wrong mobs... Likes to run off in differnt directions... But all in all.. Zurid is the one that always dies..

So for with my 5 man group... My 4th priest Astraia is the hot one.. 2nd Priest Desma is the one that always dies.. is always behind on XP... The other two.. havent made up anything... ohh and Zite, my main.. hes the mack daddy... Well thats what every says when they run past me... They alway whistle at my priest and cheer for me... :D

Daleka
09-27-2008, 08:17 PM
Yeah, Dalekii in my group is always the one to find that one branch in all of AV to get stuck on, and when the group dies in BG's, always seems to be at the wrong rez location.

haha good one.

My druid (which is resto) always causes me some kind of stress:
As the Kodo mount is huge, I dont notice that sometimes she is stucked in some place that the Kodo couldn't pass by (this is the thing I hate most, as I hate Kodo mounts too). Sometimes I forgot to turn in quests with her, then just a lot time after I notice an huge difference of XP and the quest left behind was already green/gray. Complete collection quests and always still some items left with her.

None of my main group ever really gave me too much trouble but I did have an alt lock that kept body pulling and dying while being boosted. The mobs didn't go after anyone else and the character was literally doing nothing except /follow. It was weird as hell because it was the same character each time and they were all the same level just different classes.

Speaking of black sheeps, I got to 52 on a set of shamans before i realized one of their skin tones was off and one of the hair color on another was off. Then i proceeded to delete and reroll from scratch. This was before RAF so it was a considerable amount of time invested that went down the drain, but now that my shamans are 70 i am quite happy I made the switch, because if i didnt I am so OCD I would have done it eventually anyway.

And as for the "special" one of my 5. I left one out of arena completly as it was too much of a hassle to try and keep their personal rating even, thus I left her out of it completly. Still in Blue rep pvp gear, Letyoudown... really will let you down.

Thinkin I should cut her off.

My 2nd shaman is always a problem. I boost 4 shaman with a hunter. For some reason the 2nd one of the 4 was always the one to get random aggro in SM and ZF. She's a full level behind due to the lost xp. I can't explain it. Her dps isn't better than the others, her gear isn't worse, but if someone's gonna get ganked from behind, it's her.

I had one shaman who had tusks! That's what I get for using my maximizer layout while creating the toons... fortunately I had a shaman in the mid 30's on that same account already who had the right appearance, so I just swapped her out when the group caught up with her. No tusks anymore.

Zapcowfive. Poor five :(
He was always ahead in XP, first to get loot for collection quests, last to get gear from drops, and first one to bug out and run off the cliffs.
Always used as a decoy if I need to distract that 70 ganking while levelling, while my rogue gets there.

Whats worse is Five was sat out for my fiance's druid, so now he's all alone stuck at 60.

In my mage/priest team my priest is always left out. Either out of range or stealing agro, can't keep up with the mage deeps and is close to being stuck as a healbitch

It was always Zyvz who had issues. Missed entire quest chains, always the one without the quest item drop, always first to die. She was last to hit 70 and was about 6 bars behind when Zyvx (the main) hit 70.

Shafour is always behind on the dps meters.
Shathree had some epic fails and forgot to pick up like 5 badge of justices.

I went with a lot of variety in my group. So I have a lot of pain. ;) When the group runs into the water the gnome mage dives so her head is slightly under the water. She hasn't died from this yet but I'm sure she will. The two shammies, when mounted, are massive compared to the other toons and so hang up from time-to-time. The druid has the same problem when dismounted. Good times. ;)

What a bizarre thread. Yes, Teetoe always goes off follow and always get stuck. And, with the exact same gear and spec as the others, always does the least damage.

My Rogue, Briodhne. She's really got the short end of the stick. Shadow Step has a much longer cool down than charge, so she never gets in to combat as quick as the warrior, hunter, or lock she was leveled with, which always puts her at around 20% of the group's damage.

My female shaman, shes the only female of 5 characters and she gets stuck on everything and body pulls first. She dies a lot, makes me not like her. Weird considering I use a male shaman as my favorite lead(since I use leaderless setup).

Yup sure have - One of my Shamans called Feygor always being a pain in the ass. He's funny though and does more damage than everyone else. Im PvE but I consider him to be pvp just vecause really. The most memorable moment was when handing in a quest to that guy outside Thrallmr in Hellfire the elementals attacked and wiped my party. Well not Feygor he took it at that exact moment to do a bugged run to the hills thing which sometimes happens. So while Im wiping and falling dead to the floor all I see is Feygor running at top speed in the opposite direction.

Tollie. She gets lost, gets stuck on every corner, has never made it to the top of a tower, doesnt switch targets when my main does, occasionally picks up the wrong target and agros it, runs off cliffs, doesnt enter follow, doesnt break follow for formations, doesnt hand in quests, picks the wrong rewards, gets stuck in run (charging forward or backwards after i use the arrow keys to control movement instead of follow, doesnt change actionbars. Every time someone is feared its her. Every time theres an aoe fear she will end up behid a pillar, wall, corner, particualrly large bit of grass. On collection quests, when i bother doing them, i have started getting hers first cos then the hard part is over. If she is last the drop rate will bizarely drop to a tenth of normal. I have moved her through all windows, given her her own directory, everything.

Bizarrely she is my favourite. She has personality.

Yup, my 4th shaman is my black sheep,
he's the chanter, so has 2 ring enchant which always get him into trouble.
If he ain't overaggro'ing, he's either forgetting to pick up a quest or doesn't have the room in the bags to get the qitem (and I forget to double check the quests).
He was the first one to get the Kodo mount, during that time he always got stuck behind little fences and other scenery.
He's always blamed for being a ninja if another "don't group with xxx, he's a ninja" tradespam starts.
