I know that Xzin has been looking at some fairly high end monitors including the lovely 30" apple displays. But has anyone tried one of these (http://www.idtech.co.jp/en/920LCD_techinfo/multisystem.html)? Each quarter of the display is ~11.1", but it can accept four indpendent inputs and show each at 1920x1200.
The mind boggles.

I want one. Something tellls me that is expensive though. :(
I look at Quadview and Quadview KVM's and they all start at 5,000 USD - not worth it when I can buy four monitors. :(
Fucking wicked idea though and such a space saver!

I really like one, I'd value it over having a bunch of monitors. Shame it costs so much.
Wonder if some how you could convert one of those cheap security monitors to do the same thing. The ones that display 4 cams.

Well all you'd need to do is have the PC's output the same way the cameras would, I know my AVIVO card can output in about 10 different formats.
Security video cameras tend to be 640x480 resolution though.
