Has anyone attempted to run 2 instances on 1 system? What are the fps like then?

AOC might be a little different considering there are tons of cinimatics in the game and its not fluent like wow. Also as far as i can see auto follow is a little different and majority of the characters are melee at least in the beginning levels.

I've played a couple characters to level 10 in AoC. I have not seriously looked for the following but they have not jumped out at me.
1) Follow - Without this there will be NO multiboxing AoC
2) Macros
3) Fun
In addition the solo quests are solo instanced. Which means that you won't be able to get any help. Although only playing to level 10 I don't know if this will be an issue after.
Things AoC does have:
1) Nipples
2) Interesting melee.
3) Mounted Combat - This is only what I heard... I have yet to see it.

I have a lvl 80 Guardian on Fury Server (FFA PvP Eu) and Mounted combat does work, its my favorite way to kill noobs cause they cant run faster than my horse.

Tried 3boxing on 3 comps with keyclone. Works fine.
However..........broken fucking game!
And boxing it makes me wanna poke out my eyeballs with a pen. Just aint gonna happen until they implement /follow.

LVL 80 already and the game has only been out for two weeks?
1 Question, how?

@Kopitar:
Some classes do very well at AE grinding mobs. Melee with 2h weapons do splash damage to mobs in front of them when they swing. One or two of the caster classes can round up 5-10 mobs high level than them (Thus getting the chain kill xp for kills 2-10) and AE them down. The devs said they didn't want the trip to 80 to take half a year for a casual gamer. Most people who picked one toon at launch and play regularly are still only in their 40's and maybe 50's tops.
@kayb:
You can follow... You just have to be in a group to do it. I believe you can /macro it but even if not the follow range is a lot larger than other games that I've noticed.
@IT Monkey
...I'm not sure what to tell you if you're not having fun in AoC. The graphics are smooth, the attack animations are incredible, and there's almost not GAME BREAKING bugs. My biggest complaint would be the lack of an API database so that serious modders can get to work.
Neat trick for everone: You can make a group, put people on follow, then disband the group and they'll still follow. This is especially useful for me who already has a level 22 ToS and is grinding up his Assassin to meet the ToS :)

Well i finally got out of Tortage with my 2 ToS perhaps it will get a bit faster now?
They closed the macro system last patch, so typing /follow doesnt work. Typing /macro doesnt work either, or /script. I haven't seen any public statements of why this was done, but I'll give it a rest at least until it gets opened again.

Follow still works. You have to reform your group in the same zone and then type it.

The more I read about it, the happier I am that I didn't bother to get a copy of AoC

Yeah players are 80 now, my guild has 6 of them, but the leveling really isn't that much faster than WoW if any. Remember all the stuff on this forum alone about people hitting 70 in 2 days played? Thing here is that people are very familiar with MMO's now and at launch there were many people focused on hitting 80 asap so they grinded the crap out of it. The 80's are kind of a nuisance on the PvP servers though, especially if you happen to be KoS with their guild :)
Either way the game is still hella fun even with the broken stuff. I absolutely love the melee combat and the healers aren't relegated to healbots which is also really nice. I'd say if they finish out the game the way they started (levels 1-50) it's going to be stellar. End game remains to be seen for everyone at this point.
