REQ: Video Test

Hello All,
Can someone provide me with some video footage of wow no longer than 1minute long with the following requirements:

Format:
mov (Quicktime)
or .wmv (Windows Media)

Compression:
MPEG4 or H264 compression.

Res:
320x240 min resolution or above within ratio

I need the best quality you can make with that, doesn't need to be great video but has to be on game play footage for TESTING purposes ;)

Does it need to be of multiboxing? or just randow stuff is fine aswell?

i can record some stuff in Sp when my raid ends
