So, after a 6month break i started to do some Dual-boxing again. downloaded the new keyclone, made copies from WoW wich took hours really. keeped getting errors. Finally i got the 2 copies rolling! ''now i can start'' is what i thought....

I launched Keyclone with the new version (v1.8j) and i set up the maximizers. using region0 as the upper half of the screen and using region1 as the lower half of the screen.having the box -enable maximizer- tagged.

I setup command editors using

first
command: phlexx
Program: D:\World of Warcraft\Launcher.exe
region: region0
CPU Affinity: NONE
second
Command: Phlexx2
program: C:\Documents and Settings\Pieter Jan Visser.GOT2BE-2C360309\Desktcop\WoW2\WoW2.exe
region: region1
CPU Affinity: NONE

So i clicked on the tab: -Apply-.

typed Phlexx next to the -connect- tab and typed phlexx2 in the same tab. Connected them both. I thought yay, WoW is starting up! but there comes the sad part, They didn;t worked in the maximizer like i setted it up. and from there i was lost. HELP What to do? am i setting it up wrong?

You can find the the 3 lines below at Maximizer and Commands ('http://solidice.com/keyclone/commands.html')

2. click the 'program...' button (make sure to select WoW.exe and NOT launcher.exe)
2a. if you selected wow.exe, the wow:username field should be enabled
2b. on vista, you are looking for the wow application.. NOT launcher

second
Command: Phlexx2
program: C:\Documents and Settings\{name removed}.GOT2BE-2C360309\Desktcop\WoW2\WoW2.exe
region: region1
CPU Affinity: NONE

The second install on the desktop seems to be a little odd place to put WoW. Not to mention your name is part of the path.

Thanks it is all working like intended now.

I didn;t use wow.exe cause I read the FAQ about creating the copies, says: Leave wow.exe allone.

welcome back, stingc

please note... if you have an eSATA or SATA drive, i do not believe you would receive any benefit by having multiple directories on the same drive. and by having different files.. you actually lose the shared memory effect of any dlls

sym links may do some caching, which would help buffer the contents and increase performance... but if you are not using symlinks, try using a single directory and compare the results.

Thanks for the welcoming back.

Atm im running quite good with FPS. but i might chance the drive of the WoW copy to see if it runs any faster.

Started up 2 shamans, yesterday and already lvl 7! haha.

but whlie playing i noticed 2 small bugs within Keyclone.

As i close WoW when Keyclone is paused the MUTE frame stays in my screen and when i close Keyclone it still stays there and i have to end this with CTRL+SHIFT+ESC.
the second bug is when i end keyclone and i want to start keyclone again I get: ''There is already a copy of keyclone running''. now i end this aswell with CTR+SHIFT+ESC, but it seems wrong
dunno if it was known already but take a look at it :)
