Yes, you download it from Rob's official site: www.solidice.com ('http://www.solidice.com/') and then run the program and activate (pay for) your license.

Soraxx, you'll need to PM keyclone if there is something wrong with your license. If you need to GET a license for keyclone, you should be able to follow the on-screen instructions which will direct you to paypal.

You might want to check out Keyclone's FAQ on activation ('http://solidice.com/keyclone/faq.html#kc_faq_14').
