Macro help on a monday please ( Healing main target, if no target heal main) for pvp healing

Hi, been looking around on the forum a bit, but couldnt seem to find the macro i was looking for. might be my poor understanding of macros though:(

So the actions i want is as follows:

I play a warr as a main and have priest and lock and mage on follow and dps etc. I have been doing pve for a little while and was trying to do some bgs for a change. But then it would be nice to have a macro so that i can heal my mains target( friends), and if a foe or noone is seleced on my main the priest would heal my main.

Is that possible?
