folder issues and logging in

hello, im very new to multi-boxing..im wanting to dual-box on one pc and i cant get the folder issue worked out. everytime i try to log into one account thru keyclone it affects the other one. cant get them seperated. my screen is set up fine with the split like i want it. but cant past the folder issue. need some help please. been reading all the forum stuff but i cant seem to get anywhere with it. any help will be appreciated. thanks.

by folder issue do you mean when you change any settings on one account it affects the other?

if so you will need to copy your wow directory and name it like worldofwarcraft2 and go into keyclone and point the program to the wow2 directory >wow.exe file and they will have nothing to do with each other then as far as settings.
