Had a discussion with morganti yesterday about professions. Firstly I had the idea to get my priests the shadoweave sets, but actually since I think my setup will be viable for heroics, isnt it nicer to get the gear from heroics? And also wondering about how you guys do the professions, do them while levelling or powerlevel afterwards with all the mats you guys gathered. Im doing the later atm, but i really am getting a shitload of fully stacked alts :).

that will be hard to go to heroics without good base gear, craft + the best blue drops

Also about professions, I am 5 boxing and all chars have enchanting. Having enchanting allows me to disenchant all quest rewards and BoP drops. Afterwards I will be able to enchant my rings (since non-enchanters cant get that enchant).
So 2nd profession is tailoring for everyone but one char. Tailoring is good since at high level you can make shadow/spell/blabla-cloth and sell it. Last char is gonna have leatherworkin' to make leather/mail stuff for my team. Powerleveling skinning and then leatherworking shouldnt be a problem, especially for 5-boxer.

Well ill try to get most out of the instances i can do and then turn to heroics eventually, with current setup or added with my other lvl 70s (mage hunter lock) for cc. Think it should be doable to do some with enough dps. And most dungeon sets are very powerfull in 4/5 bonus.

There aren't any upgrades to the shadoweave set in Heroics, in fact there aren't any true upgrades till T5 level. The T4 level items are about on-par with shadoweave and tend to allocate item points more heavily into stats instead of damage.

Yupyup.

Get your Shadoweave set and Spellstrike set and your almost money. Girdle of Ruination, Bracers of Havoc and that +35 dmg cape and ur almost there. My SP is mostly craftable gear.
