Realigning Toons

I am currently running 3 shamans (69) and a pally (70). The group is accompanied by my brother who is playing a lvl 69 priest.
We cleared most <70 instances without much trouble at all and really having a blast.

The only thing where I really do have a hard time is repositioning my toons after a fear bomb, mc, polly - you name it.

My idea has been to let my bro pick them up by letting my toons following him until I get them realigned which does not work too well when he is busy healing or being distracted.

So I am wondering how you handle those situations. Most of the time I tend to align them manually which so far is ok because it has been easy going but I am not sure if I have that much time in heroic instances which is bascially my personal aim.

Dropping some Tremor Totem staggered would help for the fear bombs which I consider the worst of the 3.

With MC and Polly, it's usually only 1 toon that might get misaligned. I just manually re-align that toon.

If more toons are misaligned, I run my Pally and try to laso them all back... but it also depends on how scattered they are. It might be easier to manually do it as fast as you can.
