5 Boxing Shammies - Heroic Outland Instances? Also help with macros needed

I'm about to start 5 boxing some shammies, Alliance of course.

I was wondering if I could do Heroic Instances on my own in outlands, if so which am I limited to or am I not at all.

Also I have been looking around for macros but I was wondering if anyone could help me with....

-Changing Leader

-Healing

-Totem Drops

-Follow Formations

Yes you can do all current heroics with 5 shammies.
