Name of addon that lets you know if u loose one of ur followers???

I remember seeing an addon that notifies you when u loose one of followers, but cannot seem to find the post or remember the name of the add. If anyone remembers the name, would appreciate a reply.

Try that addon its SWEEEEET if all ur tails and ur main have in your
addon folder you get a box the shows there name. Red means not
following .....green means they are following .

You can also set it to have them follow after the end of combat :)
