Hey folks, I am very new to multi-boxing. I have everything set up to start leveling, but I have run into my 1st snag. I don't know which class combo's to choose. I want to start off with 2 characters for now and would rather level 2 different classes. I did a search for "class combos" on these forums, and saw some ideas, but I didn't really what classes the people ended up successfully leveling (aside from 4x & 1x, or 5x combos)
I have an Alliance rogue on a PvE server, but I really want to level a Horde Rogue on a PvP server.
My preferred method would be to level 2 lowbies at once. Would a Priest and a Rogue work?? Mage / Rogue???
I also have a 70 Warlock on a PvP server, so I was wondering if power leveling a Rogue with a Warlock is feasible?
I am open to suggestions. I obviously need to choose the class combo before setting up macros, etc.
Thanks a a lot!

Having a nonstealth class following your stealther around(and you wouldn't have the Rogue as the alt, Melee breaks /follow and everything we do revolves around /follow) would kinda defeat the purpose of stealth, so either two rogues(and deal with the fun of re-setting melee every fight and mid-fight too + not being able to gouge cuz the 2nd rogue will still attack) or rogue+resto/boomkin druid since druids can stealth in catform too and can either heal the rogue or add caster dps.

Rogue / Druid IMO.
You have a hybrid that you can spec to your needs, need a tank for something? Go feral. Need a healer? Go Resto. Need to stealth through somewhere? Got it. Win imo.

I'd agree on the resto druid. It can stealth (albeit at level 20 -- at level 10 you can use it as bait and leave it in bearform while you prep your opener) and heal your rogue.
A priest is much more squishy and is very obvious when you're stealthed and it's not.

another dualbox combo i used for a while was warrior/druid
albeit the druid was lvl 70 (yay) i managed to get the warrior going very very smooth
the warrior using a rage system means never any downtime if you bring a healer
/follow is long enough for charge and intercept to work (withouth more than 500ms that is :D)
only key's i had setup on the druid (resto spec) was regrowth, rejuv, swiftmend, lifebloom (not usable on targets under lvl 50 iirc) roots/cyclone and faery fire (-ac debuff).
using modifiers to cast on warrior or druid.
using rejuv means the druid does not break /follow, and you can continue moving (mobility is great).
HoT's stacking up is very nice, with swiftmend for uhoh situations.
great combo, might even work decent in BG's (own pockethealer), but will probably suck in arena's as your druid will just get targeted to death :D
good luck

Great suggestions. The main issue I have is that I just leveled a druid to 70 a week ago... ;( so I don't really feel like doing it again. Seeing as it is a good combo, I will probably try it someday, but for now I want to do something different.
What do you all think about War/Priest? These are two classes I have never leveled, and they both spark my interest. Tank/Healer combo with wipe recovery. Seems like I could find a group for anything (as long as I play decent!).
Feasible combo?

I'd lean towards Shaman more...2 words: Windfury Totem. ;) And Priest has no real wipe recovery...if he dies yer dead, if shaman dies he can selfres lol

I would second that. War/Sham = win.

If you're only doing 2 characters, warlock and shadow priest have a ton of synergy.
