Blizzard will announce 2 weeks before the S4 starts. So just chill and w8 for the info to come :)

Though, the fact that they just banninated a lot of win traders (and innocent people too) would lead me to believe that they'll be announcing it any day now.

From what i have heard new equipment is in current patch that just need to turn it on. I would guess before 1 June to allow time before new big WOW event
