well i have my secondary guy on follow
but he does not always face the same way as me when i go to attack
does /focus fix this?
also my guy go like WAY far behind me when i run and if i run to long he stops following me
whats up with that? ive seen videos where the guys are same distance at all times

Could be that your slave is lagging. And no /focus wouldn't solve that problem.

what does /focus do then?

/focus is like a extra targeting system, you can /focus on one toon and /target another and if you have your macros set up properly you can
/cast [target=focus] sheep and it will sheep your focused target and you wont lose your current target...
make sense?

The follower always faces lead; and chances are your main has a speed enchant, such as speed to boots, or spurs/riding crop/runspeed talents and the alt doesn't :P
If you mean how people make formations and spread out/face the same way search the forums or wiki(where's my cookie Djarid? :P) for Formations; it boils down to binding the same key to move in different directions on each char

and second no i have 2 lvl 2 locks so unless im missing sumtin there is no chance

First, 8500 = bad; 1/3rd as powerful as an 8800. Will be MUCH MUCH worse if you use more than 1 monitor, too.
Second, the Processor looks to be a dual-core, if it's multicore at all...I know mine's a 4200+, ought to be enough to dualbox with though, I 3boxed fine at max settings and am 5boxing with lowered settings.
Other than that I don't see much issue, beyond network-related ones, kedash's link will help determine that :p Could be a firewall, bad connection, bad hop to servers
