mod:ctrl as well as mod:alt= To be used after you put down your pve or pvp set, to have one character chuck one poison(ctrl)/disease(alt) cleansing. When pressed twice, another character will also put down poison(ctrl)/disease(alt) cleansing at a slight interval. If you press it three times (only for ctrl), the poison cleansing totems will be removed and swapped for one fire resistance and one healing stream totem. The last option I added as I have a use for it, but if you don't feel the neccesity for fire resistance you can remove this part.
toon1:
/cast [nomod] Grounding Totem
/cast [mod:shift] Wrath of Air Totem
/castsequence [mod:ctrl] reset=12 Poison Cleansing Totem,,Fire Resistance Totem
/castsequence [mod:alt] reset=12 Disease Cleansing Totem,

/castsequence [mod:alt] reset=12 Disease Cleansing Totem,

If you want four complete castsequences on one button (Like the button #1 up there, I only have one extra modifier on it so it works in one macro.) with modifiers shift, ctrl and alt. Then you would exceed the 255 character limit, this is how you can get around it.
Set 4 bar slots as follows:
Barslot 1: assign key F5
Barslot 2: assign key alt+F5
Barslot 3: assign key ctrl+F5
Barslot 4: assign key shift+F5
This macro in barslot 1:
/castsequence [nomod] reset=12 <Earth Totem>,<Water Totem>,<Fire Totem>,<Air Totem>
Barslot 2:
/castsequence reset=12 <Earth Totem>,<Water Totem>,<Fire Totem>,<Air Totem>
Barslot 3:
/castsequence reset=12 <Earth Totem>,<Water Totem>,<Fire Totem>,<Air Totem>
Barslot 4:
/castsequence reset=12 <Earth Totem>,<Water Totem>,<Fire Totem>,<Air Totem>
With this method, I have to make all castsequence without a modifier and only a [nomod] in the non modified one. So shift+alt+ctrl all have to be seperate macro's and seperately bound on a bar. Otherwise, it won't work. ;( So requires more setting up, but works the same if you reach over the char limit. If you use seperate barmods with seperate keybindings, make sure you have the key fully unbound in the normal set of keybinds. An easy way to reset a key is to go to keybinds, click a random standard wow keybind and assign it to F5, then shift+F5, then alt+F5 and then ctrl+F5 and then unbind the key again. After that assign the designated key and modifiers to the seperate barmod. (Such as CTbarmod, should you use this.).
Then you still have one key on your keyboard with 3 extra modifiers containing full castsequence macro's, without breaking the character limit.
