PVE and PVP Totem Macros

I am hopeless at writing macros and I was trying to figure out if there is a way of dropping all my PVE totems with 4 presses of the same button rather than 4 different buttons (I play 5 box with 4 shammy and 1 pally).

I typically use the following in PVE:

EARTH: Stone skin, Earth bind, Strength of Earth, Tremor
Fire: 4 totem of Wrath OR 4 Searing
Air: Grace of air, windfury totem, wrath of air totem, tranquil air
Water: 3x healing 1 x mana spring

PVP: (Not sure only lv 64 but this is what I think would be most useful)
EARTH: 3x Tremor, 1x Earth Bind
Fire: Nova
Air: either 4x Grounding or 3x Grounding and 1x wrath of air
Water: 2x poison removal and 2x healing

Is there anyway to have 1 macro for PvE Totem Set that will drop and stagger the drops for each of the totems?

This might not be what your looking for but fairly close.



/cast [nomodifier] Tremor Totem
/cast [modifier;alt] Mana Spring Totem

Hold ALT down for Mana Spring or whatever totem you use. Not holding any modifier keys you will drop Tremor.

On each toon, create two macros like this one:

/castsequence reset=combat Earth Totem, Fire Totem, Air Totem, Water Totem
Replace the names of the totems as desired.

Bind all the PVE macros to the same keybind on each shaman and all the PVP macros to another keybind.

Sweeeeet. Thanks. I figure for the fire totems, I will probably have to place them on different key binds. Depending on what I need.
