I just had an awesome idea for the suggestion forums on WoW...Training grounds! A place within SW and ORG to go and practice maximizing dps, tps, hps in various scenarios on dummies. Go read the post I made on the suggestions forums and if you think it's a good idea say so in that thread. Hopefully if enough people post there Blizzard might actually read through it and consider it.

This isn't mlutiboxing specific, try a subforum lower down?.
Anyway I think Blizz prefers the way it is namely one have to spend time killing mobs and thus generate income.

Yea.. This has been suggested a bunch and yet Blizzard still doesn't seem to want to implement it.

Most people use Doc Boom in Netherstorm now unless they're melee :(

Anyway I think Blizz prefers the way it is namely one have to spend time killing mobs and thus generate income.I know it's not multi-boxing specific but I figured as multi-boxers, I at least would want this even more than solo'ers. 5x the dps makes even elites drop within seconds not really allowing you time to try to maximize your dps outside of a raid or such.

As for your second statement the reason I would want an indestructable target that doesn't hit back is so I can contiune beating on it for as long as I wanted to. Grinding on mobs that die in 3 hits won't let you get any kind of time to really push the dps, tps, or hps.

2ndly that is exactly my point. You have to run off to bfe just to find something that you can get any kind of real numbers off of. There are really only 2 places to fight immune mobs, the servants in BL for melee and Dr. Boom for casters. While a training grounds like what I'm talking about would not only be right in the middle of the city right next to the battlemasters, it would have alot more scenarios for people to use. Dr.Boom and the servants just stand there which is fine for some parts of number crunching but in reality mobs don't just always stand still and players in pvp even less. Then the armory idea I was talking about would allow players to test and compare different wep/armor combnations as well as different enchant and buff combonations in an actual test to see which items/buffs would work best with what. Something that the servants and Dr. Boom do not allow you to do.

I know not everyone cares about theorycrafting and number crunching but theres a fair number of people out there that do and a training grounds IS something they used in medieval times to train their armies. However if this has already be suggested a bunch of times to blizzard and they still haven't taken the bait that's fine I'll just let it go. Even though it is a good idea ;(
