I have been thinking about this for a while. Create macros out of game without the client. The icon tabs are nice and large to make finding the right Icon easy. You can also import macros and update them.

Okay, just tried it out, and it might be me. But I find it a lot more annoying to use then just changing macro's either ingame or directly in the txt files.
Maybe I lack patience, but I found that program to be quite user unfriendly. :<

I sometimes work on macros from work and don't have a wow client to setup the rest of the macro and choose the icon. It's also open source so it could be made to do a lot more. Like manage multiple account macros.

Haven't checked this out, but something that would be nice if it didn't do it already would be to test the macro. Having extra frames to the right to set a target, focus, and so on. Then run the macro to make sure it's doing what you want. Of course you could do the same in game, possibly easier, but I find it annoying to test some macros in combat as I have to find a mob to test it on, or be under certain circumstances to test macro. I think being able to set up a situation to test macros would be a nice thing.
