Buff mod that combines totems? (Update: WTB cookies for Satrina)

What do people use for buff mods? I'd like to find one that will combine 4x healing stream totems, for example, into a single buff indicator with 4 "charges". Anyone know of a mod that does that? (Or maybe has a plugin system that would let me filter the buffs the way I want?)

Not sure but im looking for a mod similar to Totem Stomper. It let you create buttons for the totems and you select the 4 you want for the toon and then just hit the button 4 times. Cant seem to locate one that does this anymore. Otherwise ho do yall setup up totem casting. Macros??

Satrina of the very cool Satrina Buff Frames ('http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?id=6884#info') addon has expressed some interest in the buff combining feature. This seems great! Definitely the best buff mod I have tried. Is there any way to combine multiple buffs of the same type? For instance, if 2 shammans in the same group drop healing stream totems I see one buff indicator with 2 "charges". (I actually run a group with *4* shamans normally, so the buff combining would help me greatly )

Oomalot - interesting idea. You do know that Totem of Wrath is the only totem that actually stacks, right?
