Keyclone maximizer problems

Hi again,

Ive red the keyclone tut sticky line, saw 1 guy that has the 'semi' same problem as me but didn't saw a solution there.

I'm trying to setup 4 accounts in keyclone and i did the following:

i have 4 different wow copies on 4 different drivers wow1,2,3 and 4

made the connections by character name occy, occywoccy, occytoccy and occypokky

all set up with region filled in and everything using a guide. i didnt use the connecters before but i want to use it cause i have a quad core i want to use 1 cpu for each wow.

so than i setup maximizer, i have 2 20"widescreens

Occy = on the main screen left. setup display1 and full screen enable maximizer.

occywoccy = on display 2 top left corner region occywoccy like in the command editor
occytoccy = on display 2 top right corner region occytoccy like in the command editor
occypokky = on display 2 bottom left corner region occypokky like in the ocmmand editor

Now here is the problem:

- when i connect occy its fine it opens on display 1 full screen
- when i connect occywoccy it overrides the display1 and on display 2 is see a with window where the windows should be.

and this happends everytime and for every clones, doesn't matter in wich order i do it.

Any1 know a sollution?

Other sollution would be how 2 setup maximizer with wich cpu it will start.

what version of keyclone are you using? please upgrade to v1.8g

as for the maximizer layout... make sure all the region names are different.
also, make sure to enable maximizer

in the commands, for each command, make sure to specify a different region name for each command

if there is another window running in place of your wow window, then something else is running first... and running wow as a child process.
check the properties of your wow.exe and see if you see anything

thanks for the reply, yea i got different regions and everything setup right.

I was using an older version of keyclone, im installing the new 1.8g one as im typing this so ill try it out and let you know the result.

BTW is it possible that im not using maximizer for my main char cause I really hate autohiding the taskbar cause it will always pop-up when im move my mouse there.

ok I did the setup again, and know its just overlapping again. I have no clue what im doing wrong ;(

its so weird doest matter wich 1 I open first it always open on display 1 and not in display 2 as on the region and region maximizer as i set it up.

OK next thing i tried.

I was using maximizer alone before using it with keyclone. So know i set it up that the command needs to open the maximizer in the wow folder so they open in the right display know and they have the same size. But the thing is that i still have my account name setup so no more typing :D and i use different CPU's so thats actually what i wanted.

It seems the maximizer in keyclone fucks it up for me. but this way it works fine.

OK last and final update for me, i came to a conclusion.

I dont like keyclone @ all for maximizer and stuff its so anoying it slow and when i move my move over my other my mouse insta hops back 2 my main display alt tabbing is a pain in the ass cause it will always flip back to wow.

Im afraid im back to opening my wow's seperatly and than open keyclone so my keys work together :(

To bad i had high hopes for it, its just not made for me i guess

Ah i found the little bastard that is messing with me 8)

Focus follows mouse i had it tacked, untacked it and its working fine

Im new to using keyclone myself - but im baffled that you are having so much trouble with this epic programme.
When you set up the regions make sure you have Snap-to-grid toggled otherwise the windows will still be movable and could potentially pop up over the "main screen"

I had the same problems as you did, almost exact, I just manually edited the resolutions on maximizer, and hit connect, closed the wow, and repeated that until the windows were how they were supposed to be.
As for the snapping back to main, I have the same problem, and I think its just a glitch, I settled for repeatedly clicking all over the screen until it works xD

Yea the hopping back 2 the main screen is fixed for me by untacking Focus follows mouse

it works fine now :)
