How can I move 5 toons in formation?

I have 5 accounts running on one pc and only formation i ever do is when i stop i have the 4 accounts that are following me spread out north south east and west. Is there any ways to move my toons in a formation? I would love to hear any advice or suggestions on how you all have those nice and nifty macros to do some cool formations and different ways to move them around.

Spread out then walk forward? They will desync over distance though.

Agreed, they definitely will. I tried this this weekend and lost my girls as they walked in different directions. I wasn't a fan of constantly having to monitor them.
