View Full Version : 2 boxer gone to 5 boxing!

Hey,

I'm relatively new to the whole MB world, I have been dual-boxing for about two weeks and was really enjoying it so I took the plunge into 5 boxing. My team consists of a Druid, Shaman, Priest, Warlock, and Mage. I did have one question. I'm trying to upgrade my last two accounts but I get
"
Error
202: We were unable to process your request with the information
provided. Please contact our Billing and Account Services team for
assistance - (800-592-5499)).
"
Anyone else have this problem when they were upgrading their accounts? Blizzard is closed till Monday so I can't really call them but maybe someone here had some insight to the problem.

Anyway just saying 'hey',

if they are test accounts... how about just dropping them, do a recruit-a-friend from one of your active accounts.. and start fresh? (the recruit-a-friend will save you $15 per new account...)

The only issue I had was creating the trial acc'ts but that was cleared up by using a different email then switching to my main one. I hope by now you've gotten this straightened out. And glad to here you took the plunge. Five boxing is where it's at! I went from 2 (in September) to five (this month) and haven't looked back. So far, so good. Enjoy it and welcome to multiboxing!

Just for future reference encase some has a similar issue.

I talked with Blizzard, they tried upgrading the accounts through their system but still received the error message. They said that it was probably card related and to call the bank. I did, the bank said the card didn't have any blocks on it and was working fine and that it must be Blizzard's fault. Thus in conclusion, I did not find a solution. I ended up just going out and buying physical copies of the game.
