Do any other 5 boxers have damage consistency issues with their same class/spec toons?

My 3 warlocks stay fairly close to each other, but are always in the same order. Sovz is always always last. This is all pve, some world and some instance, he's always last.

There's some resists going on I know, but I'm wondering if anyone else has similar issues of particular ones lagging behind (maybe his last spell never hits when the mob is killed?) or if yours stay pretty close.

My main toon is consistently higher on the aggro list by default unless something interrupts mind flay. he's also consistently higher on the damage meters as well, primarily due to the fact that when the mob dies, his mind blast almost always lands, where the other 3 might not register as the mob dies a split second before their spells go off. Likewise, my main's DoTs will almost always get the maximum tics where the others might have one tic left when the mob dies.

Not always, but enough to show up on measurement tools. ;)

Sounds perfectly normal to me.
Only started 2-boxing last night (2-mages--> beginners try ^^ ) and noticed big damage difference between main and alt.
Logical since mob is usualy dead or is allmost dead when alt's fireball hits.

I sort of got confused about reading damagemeters for a while, then found it was worthless and full of lies a lot of the time. As reported above, over kill seems to be an issue.

What I do find odd is how some characters get more xp than others and they are all the same level. Why is my paladin getting 3 more xp?!?!? Nerf them!

Every so often one of my mage slaves would pull agro. It got so bad that at level 40 I had to solo him for an hour to get caught up in xp to the others because he was always the first to die.

I fixed this by makeing sure each toon had the exact same gear. I was useing an excell spreadsheet to see when items dropped what slave it went to so I could maximise. One toon would end up with a few less resists and a few more crits and just be the target of the mobs desire.

Is your pally human? They get an exp bonus racial.

Ive noticed long strings of the same character getting aggro. It switches around though... but still.. same level, same gear, same talents.

Humans just get a rep bonus (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/races/humans.html) and not its a dorf It something to do with group bonus, he just gets more group bonus according to the forums.

I've been dual boxing a pair of mages up to lvl 13 so far, I've certainly noticed that the main toon does more damage according to damagemeters (synched) but so far they have dinged identically... very cool to watch ^_^.

Just make sure you've invited the 2nd toon into a group before you start nuking mobs... I always forget when starting out each session and have to solo the alt toon so he can catch up.
