PS: i am running 4 different copies of the game and it has the same issue even when i do 2 characters ty =)i think this is the problem ( at least it was for me )
check the forums for how to symbolic link or junction link your wow folder ( symbolic if you use Windows Vista, Junction if you use Win XP)
this cleared up a lot of load lag for me, and in the end improved /follow lag

If your using a single monitor I suggest grabbing at least 2 and once you get keyclone you can use keyclone's maximizer function to place your windows nice and neat one each monitor.
I know your thinking "what good will this do for me lag" I'm not sure what it is but something to do with how wow minimizes multiple instances can cause this lag. This used to be a problem for me when i first started however once i got the second monitor and keyclone up and running the follow lag disappeared.

ok, doesn't look like excessive lag, I presume we are talking fractions of a second here (or there is a problem)
Basically you get used to it, it is a bit like playing quake on a US server in the old days... I was on Pipex and still had 150ms ping... had to lead targets and hope they kept running ;)
Basically you can learn how long it really takes for your guys to stop running and cast at that point, lag spike might mess you up but generally it works fine. You watch the screen then they will run into position then cast the spell.
The same is used when chain casting, you don't wait on your main for the guys to appear ready. remember that you can use the latency for your main too and
anticipate when a spell can be cast (maybe dl quartz)
remember each character receives the keypress at the same time and so stops (unless following) turns and casts at the same time. don't let latency slow your casting time down.
