instance grind at 50?

So I just hit 50 last night and I did ST had a few issues with the dragons as they were resistant to nature which is a Pita not to mention the shade which was not possible for me to do due to the sleep and stun effects I had him down to 40% before I wiped.

Any ideas on where I should go at 50? Front part of BRD?

Instance grinding 50 > is not very efficent.

I reccomend you smash through some areas doing quests, avoiding collections. As for instances from 50 > , get all the quests and run the instances to complete the quests and then get back to questing.

at 50 you have soo many areas to go WPL, creater, wintersprings(some areas) at about 2 or 3 others I can not recall now
