Yea im duel-boxing on one computer and When my clone follows me it lags really bad and when im casting firebolt or somthing and the target is like behind him it doesn't do any thing lol :cursing: 8) :P :P :P :) :love: :love: ?(

Yep, unfortunately that spec sucks big-time and will be as close to non-functional for dual-boxing as you can get while still having it powered.
Take some time to get out and work some extra shifts (or get a job if you don't already have one) and put together about $700US to drop on a new mb, cpu, ram and likely video card.

While this won't fix everything, give the steps in this thread a try: the latency trick ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=2997&pageNo=1&highlight=TcpAckFrequency')
This greatly reduced my ping times between clients on Windows XP.
I also run with minimal settings for graphics etc. in the in-game options area.
