I figured this out last night, and it was still a challenge.

70 Prot Pally + 70 Frost Mage boosting: 2x 67 Elemental Shamans + 66 Resto Shaman.

The first area where you need to click on the barrels in 5 buildings was straight forward.
The key here is to find there the patrol with the dog is. If they aren't visible, they are behind a building pathing and will eventually add agro if you start combat with the 3 to 4 mobs of each building.

So, setup a bit away from the 2 guards posted outside the buildings, and pull the dog patrol when they show up from the back and left side of the buildings.

Also Warder or Warden heal, kill em first.

The first boss was tank and spank, he AoE fears and Whirlwind, so tank him away from the group.

Thrall escort

Thrall is a noob and can kill you fast, but I figured him out. I have him set as focus. Blessing of Kings helped.
/cast [target=focus] Earth Shield
/cast [target=focus] Healing Wave

The key to pacing Thrall is learning where to set up the totems before the next wave. I used:
2x Grounding, 1x Wrath of Air
Stoneskin, Strength, and Stoneclaw
2x Healing, 1x Mana
(I did not use any Searing since I have a mage for 1x sheep.)

How did I pace Thrall? By letting him start combat and let him tank his chosen target.
I heal him as needed, and pick off casters and sheep a melee.

When Thralls mobs is left, I would then use this time to setup the totems in the next area.
Heal and mana up a bit, and taunt Thralls mob to me, kill him there. This then buys time to drink as Thrall runs back to where he was before the last combat started.
I would then have time to setup sheep targets.

Area Waves, Totem Setup.
1. Just inside the keep, before outside, 4 spawns.
2. Middle of the dirt heading down to the left.
3. Middle of dirt road before the bridge.
4. Middle of the bridge.
5. Under the arch of the front gate.

Thrall can tank the 2 and 2 adds. I pick off the adds, then taunt the boss.
It's a tank and spank versus a Paladin, so interrupt his heal.

Tarren Mill

The next are 3 waves, and each involves buildings and they can suck when traversing to follow Thrall to the next.
Sometimes of the Shamans gets stuck and misses a follow. The best setup I figure was to set up outside the first 2.

1. Barn. Set up outside, do not go inside. Place your totems just to the right of the barn entry. Take on the 4 adds starting with the riflemen who like to run away in range.
Combat will start and thrall will come and join. After combat, Thrall will run back inside so there's time to drink a few ticks before moving to the next.

2. Church. Thrall will pause a second before moving inside, so setup outside, do not go inside. Clear the mobs, and Thrall will go back in the church before continuing up the Inn. You have time to drink, of move ahead in the inn upstairs. Careful on the auto follows getting stuck.

3. Inn. Visibility is back, but manageable. I dedicate 1 Water Elemental and 1 Earth Elemental for this as I position my guys for clean LOS and focus fire nukes. AOE here in this confined space.

Epoch Hunter - Last Boss

I have time to setup below since I needed to talk to the npc to start the event.

Shadow Resists Aura + 2x Grounding Totems.
I also save and stagger 2 Earth Elementals in 2nd and 3rd wave to buy time and position.

Wave 1
2 melee + 1 caster. Focus fire on the caster. Let thrall tank the 2 melee. Kill one melee, and position for wave 2.
Setup the totems, heal and regen and kill the last boss.

Wave 2
3 melee + 1 caster. Focus on the caster, drop 1 Earth Elemental. Kill 1 melee and taunt the 2nd.
Let Thrall tank one for himself and remember your Earth Shield focus macro.
Again let Thrall tank the last melee, and setup for the next wave (spawns the same are as Wave 1).

Wave 3
3 melee + 1 caster. Focus on the caster, drop 1 Earth Elemental. Kill 1 melee and taunt the 2nd.
Pretty much the same as wave 2, but before the last mob dies, setup for the dragon to land.
Tank position is against the house left and accross the church entry.

After last melee dies, you have time to drink.

Boss
He is tank and spank pretty much with a knock back. Have your tank against the house.
Just wait around let the npc do their scripts and you'll get a Complete on your quest.

Tank the he NPC for the complete and reward quest, and also a port back outside.

My group makeup: 67 Pally, 66 Mage, 70 Mage, 70 Lock, 70 Resto Druid. One place I struggle in OHB is with the riflemen. While I can sheep them if they are outside, if there is one inside, out of LOS, it's a struggle for me. So far, my best luck has come with ditching cc altogether on these pulls and just trying to burn down the wardens and riflemen as fast as possible, hoping to not lose any of the party during a scatter shot. Multiboxing and CC has been my biggest problem and I'd like to know how you approach this.

I see you have 2 mages for cc, and possibly a warlock's seduce pet.

I assume your pally is the tank and main. I assign my mage a focus macro on my pally's target, and a key for sheeping that focus target.
Pally click targets the mob I want sheeped.
Pally press 4: (Mage /assist Sanctume)
Pally press G: (Mage1 /focus)
If I had a 2nd mage, I'd target a 2nd and assign H: (Mage2 /focus)
Pally targets something else and (press 4 so rest of group has a target) and throwns Avenging shield, gets them snared and initial agro.
Pally does his Key 1 spam for SoR/Judge.

Pally presses K which does nothing, but the mage(s) does the macro /cast [target=focus] Polymorph.

Since my setup is with Shaman, the grounding totem helps versus the casters, which I focus fire first.
I sheep the melee because them come to me and in range of sheep.
