Is there a way to get the wasd keys to turn as fast as a mouse can? I would like to be able to turn all of my guys with the w and d keys, but it is quite slow compaired with what I can do with the mouse.

I don't think there is a way...and lag would make them all turn and stop facing different directions anyways lol

The "quickest" way is to have them follow the main and move your main around them in a tight circle to "simulate" mouseturns; move yer main to the direction you want the alts to face and bam they're facing lol

I'm not convaying this well... What I ment is,

You can turn at a very rapid speed with the mouse.... Which I normally use, especially in pvp. I have found that do to RL health issues, I have limited use of my right arm for a while.... So I must play one handed. I would like to find a way to make my directional keys turn the character at a similar speed to what I can do with the mouse. I am unsure of how to do this, or if it is even possible. Why is there a speed difference in the first place?

Eteocles answered that question. There is no known way to tweak the "turning speed" using the keyboard. And there would be serious lag related issues if you could.

If you want to pull this off, you need to boardcast a mouse to all wow instances, and turn them all at the same time with one mouse. I've done it. :)

Now, if you're saying you've got a medical problem that keeps you from using a mouse for the near future... bummer dude. :( Not permanent, so no worries.

It would be helpfull to be able to at least get the main to be able to keyboard turn fast. What regulates the speed of a key board turn, vs the super speed I can turn with my mouse. Any one know the tech on it?

It pretty much is just set...a keypress is a static command/press without pressure sensitivity, whereas mouse-turning is as fast, or as slow, as you drag your mouse. You can still mouse turn on your main without breakin lowbie follow and the "cone/range" for casting is pretty wide(If you start casting and a target ends up just off to your right and ahead slightly they'll still be within the "Must be in front of you" range/cone); I mouse turn my main and tap strafe if I need to turn the alts but usually the target's still within the "frontal cone" range to cast at lol
