Forum suggestion: Display order of search results

Hi All,

I don't like the way search results are displayed. Specifically, I'd prefer to see them sorted in reverse chronological order rather than pre-sorted by category.

I've looked through My Profile for an option to change it but couldn't find anything.

Am I missing something? Is this an enhancement others would like to see?

PS. I'm not complaining. I appreciate the effort put into this site by others. It's just a suggestion.

The default search results are displayed as:

relevance and in descending

if you want other than do you will need to do a advanced search,

That wasn't what I was after because an advanced search returns posts instead of threads and it's not possible to enter an empty search term.

Are there any additional qualifiers I can add to this URL (http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?form=Search&action=24h) to change the return order?

That way I can craft a bookmark to my taste.
