So...after reading these forums for hours upon hours,i decided that i would give multiboxing a shot. I play on the EU servers, and on my battlegroup i've seen only one multi-boxer which directed me to this site. I hope someone here has the time and inclination to answer a few noobish questions...please bear with me.

1) Thinking about a 5 shaman box...alliance side. Since it's the only class i haven't played even a bit. Gonna be a pain to level them? Is there a possibility of running many (all? heh) instances solo? I guess there is but have to ask. Seems like they're a cookie cutter pvp team, but what about pve?

2) I see many people here are using maximizer and having all their accounts on a monitor (or multiple monitors). Doesn't that put a hu-freaking-mognus strain on the GPU/CPU? (plus, doesn't look good in my eyes ;)) Since i plan to run the box from a single pc,with pretty decent specs but still a single, will it be possible to minimize the "alt" windows to get decent frames on the main one? i *do* have extra pc's and monitors lying all over the place, but would rather run from one pc.

3) Where do i start? :D Read through the beginner's guide from this ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=3339') post....seems pretty complete. Just follow all those steps and I'm set?

On another topic...since i don't have a PayPal account yet, never had reason to. What will i need on that matter? A credit card would work, right?

Thanks for reading!

Salutations, I will help you with question 1). 5 Shamans is very versatile. It is the reason why I chose that class. Also, in the future if you feel they are not sufficient to do some of the harder instances, then you can always sub in another class. They are great burst damage and this combines well with the heals, making it one of my prefered instance classes. I highly recomend it ^^.

Hope that helps

Thankee for the fast replies :D. Cheers!

Guess it's back to reading some more forums for me 8)

EDIT: The wiki is INSANELY complete, tidy, and helpful. Kudos to all the people that made it possible.

Also, since i already have a 70 protection paladin on my main account, should be no problem to sub some poor shammy for further success in heroics...
