you can add /assist [you toon name here] into your follow macro and your alts will target your mob that your main has targeted. Is that what you are asking for?

Umm, probably better to ask this in the newbies section (where I spend a lot of time...hehe)
Also, I'm not actually sure what it is you're asking.

To the best of my (very limited) knowledge, there is nothing out there that will do as you ask: that is (if I've got it right this time), use mouse movements/clicks in one client to control the movements and actions of other clients.

even if you could pass the mouse click, you would not get the effect you are looking for.
this is due to each clone having a different heading... giving them a different point of view (POV). if you were to right click on one screen, the other screen wouldn't have the EXACT same POV. thus, your right click takes your toon in another direction or targets somewhere else.
/follow is the answer .. there is no other way

IS there any way whatsoever to pass mouse clicks and position at all though? Not for movement, but for UI frame clicking? For instance if you run two accounts on same machine and had perfectly aligned windows and UI frames: if the mouse was in the same position in both wow windows you could for instance right click a party member on your main window and the window behind it would pass the click thus casting a heal perhaps? That would be freaking incredible to be able to click heal while playing your warrior so that you could heal a raid effectively from your priest.
I saw a post mentioning some "love" was coming to clickers soon, could it possibly lead to something like above? :):)
