I popped in to see my local doc to get a change of medication, nothing new to me( i suffer with cluster headache's) and he tells me I have to get my blood presure checked before i can go on these new meds. "No problem" I tell him, never had any issues with blood pressure. so he tests me and its exceedingly high, he then asks what Ive been doing before I came to the doctors as that may account for it. Now how the hell can i explain to him that i may have been a bit worked up as i was 5 boxing slave pens trying to rush to get 2 badges before i left as it resets in a few hours! . rather than explain I lied my arse off and said I had a rush job at work lol, anyway this is me now relaxing *goto my happy place, goto my happy place* as i have to pop back in a bit and get it checked again heh.
Moral of the story: 5 boxing is medicaly proven to be bad for your health!

Blood pressure is tough. When in living in the city (Washington DC), I would take the subway to most places including the doctors. Well, getting off the subway, you had to walk uphill about 3/4mile to get to the doc's office. There were some days where I got there, checked in, and was immediately called in... blood pressure was F'ed. They told me to start getting in about 30 mins before so I could chill out. Ever since then I'm way within the normal limits.

I just go with the flow man...you'd never know it from my posts here or anywhere for the matter but IRL I'm a very quiet, very laid back person, rarely mad about anything :p Just stop...think logically...don't rush yourself, enjoy what you can while you can ;p

Oh god I lol'd Gallo...I suppose you could say so though I usually try to keep SOME logic in my arguments ;p Could just be I'm more comfortable with text than speaking cuz I have issues taking merchant calls at work but no problem sending 'em page-long emails and valid letters lol

I would never lie to my doctor no matter how embarrassing or silly it would make me feel. That's your health man!

Technically it's only sort of a lie...a rush job at work wouldn't make much difference than rushing your game at home, and in this particular case it could be less stressful since he may've been rushing, but it's no big deal if he didn't get the badges, whereas rushing at work and missing a deadline means your ass gets chewed out. lol

actually, a rush job at work has an implied time limit... whereas a game at home is ongoing. if you had something that was ongoing without letting up and causing some health concerns... i'm sure the doc would find that of importance.
btw, just for grins... nutra-sweet has been known to cause headaches (along with a long list of other ailments). if you get ANY nuta-sweet in your diet, try cutting it out for a month and see what happens.
dietary effects ... not discussed enough in western medicine, as far as i'm concerned.
i would also consider environmental conditions. not changing an air filter can help spread various air borne issues (mold, dust, etc). even a dirty bathroom can cause breathing problems in a house (if you let it get crazy). and electro-magnetic sources within 2-3 feet of your bed may disrupt your sleep cycle.
now... i'm not saying you should put a pyramid under your bed and line the room with tinfoil... it's just something to consider.

What about putting tinfoil under my bed and placing pyramids around my room? Or putting tinfoil in the pyramid I live in? Or making a tinfoil house shaped like a pyramid? :P
Edit: Wow...kept typing thinking I hadn't hit the submit button and it triple-posted...waiting on the Delete thing to kick in now lol sorry guys
