Ok, right now I've got my eyes set on quadboxing, maybe quintboxing. My current computer (Sempron 3000, Geforce 6800, 2 gigs of ram) is able to run 3 copies of row on one screen with minor issues so far. I've got some money saved up (about 500$) that I want to spend on a pc to run atleast 4-5 things of WoW. Would the following equipment get the job done?
GeForce 8800GT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16
4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ Windsor 2.6GHz Socket AM2 ?

Would this be feasible?

Is that Athlon X2 a dual-core? If so, then I would agree that it would do the job for 4-5 clients. If possible, opt for the 512mb 8800GT

Also the power supply is a big factor. Running 4 clients will stress most systems.

The processor is a dual core, and the PSU I'll be chunking in is a 500watt with 1 rail. Would that be good enough?

Depends on the video card you want to run. GeForce 8800GT 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16
