Sorry if this is the wrong place BUTTTTT
I am currently 63 and 5/6ths, and almost done with all of terrokar. I have completed all of zangar and hellfire, and done both instance from the 2 zones (that fit my level). I am just wondering, because normally I would be 63-64 when I START terrokar, but now I am just hitting 64. I think I am a bit behind, so I was wondering how the rest of you did it, and what you think of my idea.
My current plan is to continue like I am, slightly low level for the zone (@least by my personal standards) and when I finish all the possible zones, if I am not 70, I will just instance grind to get 70. Most people seem to suggest I grind instances now, but I saw why not do it at 68-70 when I am doing instances that give me good loot, rather than level 63 loot. I do plan to do all instances once though, while leveling (instance quests and for the experience.)
So what do you suggest, and what do you think of my plan? (stick it out, be slightly behind the curve, and just farm instances/rep/gear @ 68-69 IF I don't get 70 from quests.)

Starting Terokkar at 63 is average. Hellfire 60-61, maybe 62; Zangarmarsh 61/62-63, Terokkar 63/64-65, maybe 66; Nagrand 65-66/67; Blade's Edge 67-68, maybe up to 69, then finish off at Netherstorm/SMV. I suggest SMV if on a pvp server, fewer people around usually that're gank-inclined :p
I'd say you are just a slight bit behind...but my Druids weren't much further off either, I'm just shy of 67 and nearly done with Nagrand lol; haven't run Auch at all on them, only ran Underbog once, never touched Slavepens. Sure you didn't miss something along the way? All the Sporeggar quests? The Escort quest just south of the Cenarion town?(Tauren Druid chick in one of the Broken huts); the Dropped quest from the Elite Rock Giants near the west end of Hellfire to kill a Boss Rock Giant? The named Arakkoa spawn guy in the bird area south of Falconwatch that leads to fighting an elemental? etc.

The thing I found when I was leveling was almost exactly the same, I was about a level or so behind where I would usually be while soloing but then an interesting thing happened..I started doing all the group quests and chains in the zones that I hadn't done while soloing (eg Altruis in Nagrand) and I hit 70 with my group before I usually would while soloing.
When soloing to 70 I usually hit 70 about 1/2 way through the quests in Stormspire (and with all of SMV to go), with this group I hit 70 before I hit stormspire (and with all of SMV still to go) and without hitting up any instances apart from 2 runs in ramparts that I never cleared. I would say don't stress the leveling, it will come, just make sure to do all the quest chains you would have usually ignored before.

hmm ok. thanks guys sounds encouraging :)
I did all the quests I could from each zone. I leveled not too long ago and I have a pretty good memory for where quests are. The only quests I might have forgotten/not know about are those that are just one guy with 1 quest / chain. Though I know i've hit all the old ones I normally hit.
Also like you said, I can do group quests that most can't, which I guess will help later :)
On a side note, did you guys get your 1k gold on each char before 70? I am at about 200, and 600 or so on the money man. I normally end up with almost 2k when I hit 70 solo.

I filled up the exp gaps by doing instances.
Basicly, I start Hellfire peninsula at 60, I get to 61 and a bit. I grind some instances upto 62.
I start Zangar at 62, get 63ish, Do an SP+UB questrun, maybe more instances if needed, until 64.
Then I do Terokkar, all quests. And after, more instances upto 66.
At 66 I did a Durnholde first for the quest, then started to quest in nagrand.
This is where I am now. 66 and 60% of a level.
I expect Nagrand to take me -well- into 67, probably close to 68. Either way, I will do the auchenai and setthek quests after nagrand, and then do Blade's Edge. Which should get me into 69, at which point I will do some SL to get my lower city honored and at least one BM run for the quest. I should have all factions honored and the Seer's Mail Battlegear in my bags before I ding 70, If I am not 70 by this point, I'll likely do a SP heroic with a good tank. (With 4x Totem of Wrath, this shouldn't be a problem for me at 69. :p ) Maybe the daily heroic at that time if I think I can do that heroic as well. And mess about a bit in shadowmoon and netherstorm.
That's my plan anyhow at this moment. :p I just try to fit in instances to and dont start a zone at a lower level then i want to start it. :p

Don't need the guide, though I've had a pirated version for about a year now, lol. Quest helper + memory means I don't need it much.
I also am trying to avoid having to 'grind' until 70, for rep and gear.
Go to nagrand and coninu questing, there is enuf quests in Outlands for level to level 72 if u whant :P. Sins u are a boxer, u wont have any problem killing mobbs =)
One reason I am planning on doing a fair bit of instance/rep grinding between 60-70 is that we now get cash instead of experience for quests done at maximum level, but we don't for reputation grind mobs. The way I look at it is that I'll end up doing both anyway and this way at 70 I'm at least gaining a fair bit of cash for the XP I'm no longer able to get.

I'd rather do dailies for cash though. I've got my 4 shamans, and I can log onto about 6 other characters if I really wanted to so..... dailies = lotsa gold. there are 4 quests alone on the new island that I can knock out in about 20 mins, for 40g per char. Plus 2 in skettis that give about 23G per, and some potions.
You do make a ton of money from quest though, I saved most of SMV and netherstorm on my main, and went back and got almost 1.5k from the zones when I farmed my epic.
My main thing is that if I want to farm instances for rep and XP, id rather do it at 68, in 70 instance, and get good loot.

My advice for you:
-quest in Terrokar until 64
-Go to Nagrand, Quest there until 66 or 67ish
-Run Some instances for much of lvl 67, and ding 68.
-Do BEM quests until 69, or even stick it out till 70.
-If you're not 70 from BEM, do a FEW quests in Netherstorm. This way you'll ding 70 with all quests in SMV and most quests in Netherstorm to do for gold.
this is my current plan, and I'm at 66.25-ish

Step 1: Ignore AH for any Buying reason.
Step 2: Loot everything. Sell Greys/whites/non-"High demand suffix" greens(or DE if you have an Enchanter, and shame on you if you don't)
Step 3: Don't buy at the AH.
Step 4: Avoid spending in the vicinity of an auction related "house".
*cough* ;)
My first 70 was my Hunter. I had slightly over 1k at 70, enough to get flying training + mount right off the bat.
My 2nd 70 was my Druid. Flight Form was nearly free at 68; I had about 1200-1400g at 70.(Which went towards epic flight form eventually)
My third 70 was my Rogue. Lvl'd with my ex's warlock from 60 to 70. He transferred WITH 900g from pre-bc(My ONLY char to EVER EVER EVER go above 300g and that was AFTER an epic land mount pre-bc lol) so he was fine at 70 for getting flying training.
My 2 Boomkin clones are 66 currently. They EACH have 1600ish gold. I blame 2 things for this: Knowledge of Outlands from 3 previous run-throughs, and not needing to buy nice gear off the AH like I did for the other 3. Flight Form will be near-free for them too so Epic Flight shouldn't be far off ;p
My 38 Shaman currently has 200+ gold. He still has lv38+40 training + mount to get though so he'll probably be back down to 100 or less by then. The other 2 shamen are around 100g too, One is a Miner/JC, Too is an Ench, Three has no prof yet, may go skinning to feed Eteo's LW.
Bottom line is, greys = win, AH = consider it a SElling Only house ;p, Live on quest gear; it's sufficient till 70. I can't really give many more tips than that; besides "Don't enter outland till 60 so you don't waste boosted exp gain from Silithus/Winterspring nor waste Gold-earning quests at-70 in Nether/SMV" ;p
