Mouse mirroring?

Hi, im looking to see if anyone can help me setup some simple mouse mirroring for runescape 3. I am simply just trying to replicate the mouse and not worried about the keyboard. Unless there is a simple way to do both.

If it’s allowed by your game openmultiboxing.org does basic left click broadcasting
