Ahune Summer Boss

Not sure if many people are boxing at this point. I've got a group to 70 and have a few heroics down. Totally different game having to manually move each character and manually cast each spell. I am not using any software or hardware to broadcast or "streamline" (whatever that means) gameplay. Since starting TBC I have only been manually moving and casting by being on each individual screen.

Has anyone managed to attempt Ahune yet? I tried normal 3 times and can get to phase 2 and the core down to about 50% before oom and dead followers. With having to move each follower individually, it makes it pretty tough. Not sure if anyone has found a strat or not for this. The constant knockback is tough.

My characters have a few epics, but not many yet for the group, so dps is just ok.

Running a pally tank, 3 mages and a priest.

I wonder if this is a boss where 3 or 4 BM Hunters with pets with a Healer would be ideal.

The hunters are all 67. I would definitely give it a try with them if they were 70. Looking at old posts from 2010 about, it doesn't look like any of us got him down then either lol. He is tough because of the knockback. I'll try it again in a few days.
