New to dual-boxing - Browser multi-boxing help

Hello all, i'm looking for a solution to mouse move/mouse click on several oppen browser windows at the same time. So i guess somthing like a mouse cursor on every browser window that all follow the same movement/clicks that i do with my one mouse? or somthing like that?

I remember seeing and doing some research around doing that awhile back and the best options I found at the time was doing it via Browsers running in Android Emulators that were in Multi-Instance Sync mode. I think there are multiple options out there and the following is one example:
