I recently read a post on a discord that someone reported that the level 58 boost is 1 per Battlenet (Bnet) instead of 1 per wow account on a Bnet. If I recall correctly the poster had 8 wow accounts on their Bnet and after buying the 58 boost on 1 wow account they could not on any others on their wow account.
Please chime in if you encounter this or not.

Unless I've done something special, it's one per WoW account. I just activated a 2nd boost yesterday on the same Battle.net account in the EU realm, no problems. Hope it works out for you!

Personally I have not tried any as I just posted the above when I saw the discussion in Discord. Further discussion in Discord indicated that different people were seeing different things. The intent of the offering was to be one per WoW account but at least one or two people bought the BC Classic Deluxe Edition on one account and it may have been affecting getting the Dark Portal Pass on the others that shared that Bnet. If that is the case then it may be wise to buy whatever Dark Portal passes you plan to get and then get the BC Classic Deluxe Edition last.
I never heard if it got resolved or not but that was the gist at least according to my memory.
