Activate Window by Hovering Over with Mouse is a Windows Function

Note that's also exactly what wowopenbox does, it combines x-mouose-controls and fancyzone in a friendlier combo; but you can indeed exit it after initial setup if you want to have nothing running during play (if you don't want the other features)
