Even when they claim they aren't running anything! Look through the posts:

Be aware there is some time lag with some of these warnings between it getting reported by the system and the warning actually being issued, some people who have not played at all since the announcement have been given warnings.

This! There are a lot of people who don't understand that the information was gathered long before the TOS announcement.

I was boxing a couple of weeks ago with isboxer and didn't get a warning.

Yeah Andrea, neither have I. There seems to be a lot of panic and misinformation going around me thinks! Blizzard said "MAY" receive action not "WILL".

I continued to box NONSTOP and as usual with no change in behavior despite the warning up until the 7th, when my account time ran out and they closed. No warning.
EDIT: I played on Classic on a relatively "friendly to multiboxers" server. I never engage in PvP unless defending myself, and I spend most of my time just grinding dungeons.

It seemed in discord that warnings were more prevalent possibly with some automation/scanning on EU than on US/Americas. Hard to know what is really triggering the warnings.
